Chopped Italian Salad
Fresh lettuce finely chopped, garbanzo beans, ripe tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, salami and served with our house made dressing.
Spaghetti Meatballs
Authentically Italian! Our rolled by hand specially seasoned meatballs and spaghetti.
Chicken Parmigiana
Lightly breaded chicken dressed in an attire of selected seasoning with a “top hat” of our house made marinara sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese and baked to perfection.
Pizza Primavera
A medley of garden fresh vegetables; carrots, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, black olives (deliciously healthy and tastes fabulous).
About Alejo’s
Alejo Castro launched his first restaurant, La Traviata, in Hermosa Beach, which was a great success.
He and his wife, Claudia, returned to Spain and established yet another successful restaurant, also named La Traviata. Claudia, however, soon realized she missed her life and family in California.
The couple returned to found our beloved present-day Alejo’s Presto Trattoria Italian Restaurant, where we have preserved Alejo Castro’s recipes and kept alive his dream of a welcoming atmosphere for all to enjoy.
